Benches, mentors, and a hard deadline.
The Sprint is a working event. Teams arrive with a problem and leave with a prototype, supported by hardware benches, component libraries, and mentors drawn from grid operators and agricultural cooperatives.
Everything closes with a showcase judged on whether the thing actually runs — not on the slide deck. Past sprints have sent three teams into pilot deployments within six months.
